Ion nitriding is mainly used for surface normalizing, quenching and tempering and ion nitriding treatment of alloy structural steel, bearing steel, spring steel, die steel, tool steel and other materials.

Pulse ion nitriding equipment features:
The company has accumulated a lot of experience in ion nitriding equipment and technology, focusing on the reliability, stability and advancement of equipment. The equipment mainly has the following technical characteristics:
1.The vacuum furnace body is manufactured in strict accordance with the welding process to ensure that the sealing surfaces are not deformed and the vacuum sealing requirements are guaranteed for a long time.
2.The protection cut-off circuit is specially designed, even if there is a short circuit between the cathode and the anode, it can be automatically protected, and the equipment and the work-piece in the furnace will never be damaged.
3.The rectifier circuit of the power supply, the silicon controlled rectifier, the diode and the IGBT components of the pulse generating circuit all adopt imported modules, the circuit is simple and the quality is reliable.
4.The operation buttons are mutually protected, even if the operator makes mistakes, the equipment will not be damaged.
5.The action control adopts solidified circuit, the circuit is simple, and the reliability is greatly improved.
6. All operations and controls are input from the computer and completed by PLC to realize the automatic control of the process. The automatic control is realized by Mitsubishi programmable controller and man-machine interface, and the whole temperature and pressure are controlled by PLC. The technical indicators of the system are as follows:
6.1. The temperature control accuracy is ±1°C.
6.2. Pressure control accuracy ±1Pa.
6.3. Use the man-machine interface to set process parameters and monitor the nitriding process in real time.
Compared with the traditional DC power supply, the pulse power supply has more advantages:
▲ It can extinguish the arc more reliably and quickly, and the arc cleaning speed is fast;
▲ The pulse power supply can suppress the hollow cathode effect, which is beneficial to the nitriding of complex parts such as deep holes, blind holes or grooves, and effectively improves the uniformity of the temperature of the nitriding work-piece and the uniformity of the structure of the nitriding layer;
▲ Compared with the DC power supply of the same power, the pulse power supply greatly improves the power output.
