The Micro ball mill GT300 is designed for modem laboratory applications. It can process 2 pcs and large batch samples simultaneously in 30 seconds, the sample volume from 0.2ml to 50ml. It meets the requirements of high throughput grinding extremely.

Working principle:

The Micro Ball Mill can grind 2*96 samples quickly and efficiently only with 1-3min. The grinding jars of theGT300 perform horizontal oscillation in high frequency. The inertia of the grinding balls causes them to impact with high energy on the sample material and grind it. The movement of the grinding jars and balls result in intensive grinding and mixing of the samples.

Easy operation and high safety performance:

Due to an integrated motor brake the machine can only be started when the lid is closed The unique "Easy Clamp"system allows the simple and safe clamping of all grinding jars up to 50ml. The grinding chamber,easy clamp system as well as the swinging arm is made from high precision stainless steel to meet strict food and pharmaceutical requirements. The application of new brush-less motor makes the maintenance of GT300 very convenient.

Insulation heat preservation box, the clamping device for jar, eyes protector. For heat sensitive materials such as plastics and rubber, it is recommended to pre-freeze the samples and grinding jars with liquid nitrogen. Those jars either made from Teflon or stainless steel are suitable for cryogenic grinding applications.

Bead dispensers:

Suitable for 96 holes deep well plate ,and with 3mmand 5mm sizes for choice.

Various of reaction vials for freezing grinding:

Plastic, PC, PTFE and stainless steel reaction vials,with stainless steel, zirconium oxide and tungsten carbide balls, which can be used to treat small volume samples in cryogenic milling.

Adapter for disruption of biological cells reaction vials:

1. With its high throughput, GT300 efficiently and safely disrupts multiple samples simultaneously suchas spores, microorganisms, plant and animal tissue or soil,etc.

2. Put the samples along with extracting solution metal and ceramic balls into the disposable reaction vials. After 2 minutes ,more than 95% of the cells can be disrupted efficiently.

3. It is most suitable for some sample preparation like PCR, PAGE and Probe which cross contamination between samples are strictly forbidden.

4. 5,10,24 holes adapter to match with the 1.5 /2.0ml reaction vial, and 6 holes adapter with 5ml reaction vials, 96 holes adapter with1.2ml deep hole plates are available for choice.

The grinding art for special samples:

3.The rotor and ring sieve with wear-resisting coatings can be used for grinding rigid and corrosive materials such as fertilizers,chemicals.

Working principle:

The Ultra Centrifugal Mill can realize two-stage crushing for samples with the rotor and ring sieves. Samples are fed from the hopper with anti-splashing design. Under the effect of high speed centrifugal force, the falling samples and the high speed rotor generate a giant impact force to perform pretreatment for samples; then the samples are sheared, extruded and rubbed again between the rotor and ring sieves. The sample will enter into the collecting pan when the size is less than the aperture of ring sieves. The two-stage crushing guarantees moderate and efficient grinding results. Due to the high crushing efficiency, the period of samples staying in the grinding chamber is quite short so as to avoid changes of sample natures.

Automatic feed device and large sample receiver:

1.Ultra Centrifugal Mill FM200 can be equipped with an automatic feed device , which can guarantee highly homogeneous grinding results and avoid the risk of sample feed overload.

2.The ground samples are collected in a collecting pan, which is convenient for collection without sample loss and prevents cross contamination of samples.

3.When using a cyclone or a filter bag, the ground samples can be cooled via airflow and leave the grinding chamber quickly via the collecting pan with an exit. If a vacuum cleaner is connected, the process can be faster and more efficient. The cyclone can be used in conjunction with250ml or 500ml sample bottles; for large volume samples, the cyclone with the capacity of 3L or 5L can be selected.

All parts contacting samples can be removed manually without any tools, and it is quite convenient to clean and install such parts.

Working Principle
When the planetary ball mill starts, the motor drives the common sun wheel to move, while the grinding jars, which are located on the sun wheel, turning around its own axis. The direction of the movement of the sun wheel is opposite to that of the grinding jars in the ration 1:-2.The grinding balls in the grinding jars are subjected to superimposed rotational movement, the so-called Coriolis forces. Under this interaction, the grinding balls release high dynamic energies. The samples are constantly impacted by the grinding balls, and rapid crushed by the friction of the grinding jar's inner wall at the same time.

Speed Ratio Is Customizable
The planetary ball mill BM20 have 2 grinding stations. The parameter can be set according to the sample property freely. Wide kinds and high quality grinding materials are available for choice. Grinding balls of different quantities and sizes can be combined flexibly to meet personalized special crushing and grinding requirements. When the planetary ball mill is in operation, extremely high impact energy are produced between the grind- ing balls and the grinding jars, so it can finish the grinding of the sample in a very short time. The working principle of the planetary ball mill is based on the relative rotation of the sun wheel and the grinding jar. The speed ratio influences the input energy and results of grinding directly. We can customize the speed ratio from 1:1 to 1:-3.5 as customer requirements.
