This article introduces the Ion Nitriding Furnace: it uses plasma technology to ionize nitrogen-containing gases in a vacuum, making nitrogen ions bombard workpieces to form high-hardness nitrided layers, improving metal performance and service life.Principle in three steps: establish 10⁻²~10⁻¹ Pa vacuum to remove impurities; introduce ammonia and other gases, ionize to generate plasma via 1000~1500V electric field; nitrogen ions bombard workpieces (cathode), heat to 500~600℃ and penetrate lattices, forming 5~100μm nitrided layers.Structure includes vacuum furnace body (stainless steel, high air tightness, high temperature resistance), electrode system (furnace wall as anode, fixture as cathode), vacuum system, gas supply system, temperature and electrical control system.Applied in machinery, automotive, aerospace, mold and other fields, processing carbon steel, alloy steel, etc., such as engine parts, molds, aerospace high-precision parts.
